About Credit Subscriptions
How credits, billing and subscriptions work on Planlift.
What credits are
Credits are the unit of use on Planlift. One credit is consumed each time you generate a visual from an uploaded drawing. The cost per generation is displayed on the create page before you confirm.
Free trial credits
Every new account receives 5 free credits once the email address is verified. These trial credits let you test the service before subscribing. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable and non-resalable.
Subscription plans
We offer two subscription tiers, billed monthly:
- 30 Credits / month — £25 per month
- 60 Credits / month — £50 per month

Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. You will receive an invoice by email for every successful payment.
Credit reset (no rollover)
On each monthly renewal your credit balance is reset to your plan's monthly allotment. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. If you are on the 30-credit plan and have 10 credits left at renewal, your balance will be reset to 30.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage subscription button on your account, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep full access and any remaining credits until that date. Once the period ends, your subscription stops renewing and your credit balance is reset to 0.
Payment processor
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Planlift does not store your full card details. Stripe handles payment collection, invoicing, tax calculation and compliance according to your location.
Refunds
Credits are consumed at the point of generation and are not refundable once used. If you experience a proven system malfunction that deducts credits without delivering an output, contact us at luke@planliftai.com within 30 days and we will investigate. If we confirm an error, the credits will be reinstated.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Plan changes typically take effect on your next billing date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe may issue a prorated charge or credit depending on the price difference.
